Plasma Car

For his birthday Timmy got a Plasma car to use outside.  I had honestly never heard of one before but then both sets of grandparents wanted to get one for Timmy so it must be popular.  It doesn't have any pedals, it's supposed to work by kinetic energy and/or gravity.  Timmy uses his feet to propel himself along (probably comes from using the different cars at school where he needs to use his feet) and has a great time.  Today we went for a walk with him and he kept asking me to ride with him, which I did but because he doesn't want to just twist the wheel to go, it wreaked havoc on my hips and knees (I'm just not built for those angles anymore!).  We had a great time going down our block though, because it slopes downhill.  Timmy and I both put our feet up and glided most of the way down the block.  What a fun time!  I know he's really going to enjoy this gift, especially as the weather gets warmer.
