Mario Kart

We've really been enjoying our Wii lately.  We like how it's really a family friendly game system.  While Timmy doesn't quite understand how to play a lot of the games (besides bowling), he does enjoy watching and attempting to help.  

We got Mario Kart for Christmas and really enjoy playing it.  We like how we can play other people online.  So, if you own Mario Kart and want some other racers...just let me know and I'll give you our key so we can play together.  The more the merrier!  =)

Guitar Hero

As a thank you for helping them move, Jake and Amy bought us a Guitar Hero game.  I wasn't too sure how much I would enjoy it, but have become quite addicted.  I think it's because I can feel like I'm playing an instrument which is something that I miss.  Almost makes me want to take guitar lessons.  Almost, but not quite.

We Own A Wii

So last week we got a Wii.  The funny thing about this is my parents were going to get us one for Christmas but we didn't think we wanted one.  Then at Christmas with my brother and sister-in-law, I tried theirs and had a really good time.  Since then Erik's been doing some research on it and we decided it was a good option for us.

On Saturday we hung out with Amy and Jake and played Wii pretty much all night.  It was really nice, especially because they've moved to IN and we just don't see them as often as we did before.  Timmy was actually pretty interested in learning how to bowl so Amy showed him and he did pretty decent.  Too bad they don't have bumper bowling for the little people.

The last time that the 4 of us had been bowling was in 2005.  The sad thing is that we really like bowling, but things just became harder once we had Timmy and we were never that fond of all the smoke and such at the bowling alley.  Anyway, here are some pictures.  Enjoy!
